You ran the pump.
Now the register.
Two tanks, four nozzles, three shifts and a tanker due Thursday. By closing time the meter slips don't match the cash, and the dip reading is on a chit somewhere. The system you need isn't complicated — it just needs to reconcile.
Meter slips go missing
Opening and closing readings on loose paper. By month-end nobody can say what each nozzle actually dispensed.
Cash never quite ties out
UPI, card, fleet and credit all land in one drawer. Expected revenue and collected payments drift apart quietly.
Stock is a guess
System stock says one thing, the dip stick says another. The variance is real money evaporating — or a leak.
Reports are a midnight job
The owner wants a monthly sheet. You rebuild it by hand from notebooks every single time.
The whole forecourt,
reconciled every night.
Every screen earns its place. Every number is in Indian formatting. Every litre is reconciled against stock, cash and shift — and every rupee against what the fuel cost you.
A dashboard that greets you
Walk in, see today. Litres sold, revenue collected, stock remaining, and what needs attention before it bites.
Meter readings, computed
Opening and closing per nozzle. Litres sold calculate themselves and roll straight into the day's sales.
Tanks & dip reconciliation
System stock against the dip stick, every day. The loss or gain in litres is right there — no more guessing.
Tanker deliveries
Log the company, invoice and litres. Stock tops up automatically so your numbers stay honest.
Payments that reconcile
Cash, UPI, card, fleet and credit in one place. Expected vs collected flagged the moment they drift.
Shifts & staff
Who was on, which nozzles, how much cash. Hand the forecourt over cleanly between shifts.
Credit accounts that keep themselves
Every fill on account is a slip at that day's rate. Balances, per-vehicle limits and statements build themselves, and each customer gets a private link to see their own account.
Lubes, GST invoices & Tally
Sell engine oil and AdBlue with the right HSN and rate, issue numbered tax invoices, see GSTR-1 and 3B figures with input credit, and hand Tally your sales and purchases.
Margin & profit, every day
Enter what each tanker invoice cost and PumpDesk prices every litre sold. Fuel margin, lube margin and a profit and loss that says incomplete rather than guess.
Staff, payroll & quality
DSM shift settlement with short and excess, attendance and monthly payslips, the density register with challan checks, and card and UPI money tracked until it reaches the bank.
Reports and exports, in Excel or PDF
Daily, monthly, fuel-wise, staff and expense reports over any period you pick. Readings and payments still save when the signal drops, and sync when it returns. Hand a clean sheet to the owner or your CA without the midnight rebuild.
Four steps.
A clean close every night.
No migrations, no consultants, no “book a demo.” Add your tanks and nozzles once, then close the day in minutes.
Set up the forecourt
Add tanks, fuel types and nozzles once. Capacities and machine numbers, done in five minutes.
Enter the readings
Opening and closing meters per nozzle. Litres sold compute themselves. Add the day's dip.
Log payments & deliveries
Cash, UPI, card, fleet and credit. Tanker deliveries top up stock automatically.
Reconcile & export
Sales line up against payments, shift by shift, with the day's dips beside them. Export to Excel or PDF.
A close that
actually ties out.
At the end of every shift, PumpDesk lines up litres sold against cash collected — and puts the difference in front of you the same day it appears, while the shift that produced it can still account for it.
- Fuel sold per nozzle, totalled by petrol & diesel
- Collections split five ways, checked against the total you expect — mismatch flagged in red
- A dip per tank, stored with the book figure it was measured against
- Export to Excel or PDF — daily, monthly, fuel, staff or expense

Fair for a single pump.
Every plan runs the full day — readings, stock, shifts, payments, expenses and reports are in all of them, and so are Excel and PDF export. What changes is how many people you carry, and whether you pay by the month or by the year.
Every account starts on a 14-day trial. One outlet, two people, no card. It becomes a paid plan only if you choose one.
Monthly billing. Starter is ₹799 a month for 4 people.

Things we
hear often.
Can't find yours? Sign up and ask us anything from inside the app.
Does it run on the forecourt?
Yes. PumpDesk is mobile-first and runs in any browser — phone, tablet or the office desktop. You can install it to the home screen like an app. It does need a connection to save an entry, so offline entry is not something to rely on yet.
What happens when the trial ends?
Every new account starts on a 14-day trial: one outlet, up to two people, no card. When it ends you pick Starter — monthly or yearly — or the account pauses until you do. Nothing is deleted, and your data is exportable at any point.
How do meter readings become sales?
Enter opening and closing meters per nozzle. Litres sold compute automatically, draw stock down from the tank behind that nozzle, and land in the fuel-wise report split by type. Litres are then valued at that fuel's rate for the date, so the day's expected revenue follows from the readings themselves.
Can I track multiple tanks and fuel types?
Yes. Configure your fuel types, tanks and nozzles once. Deliveries top up the right tank and the dashboard shows stock per tank with low-stock alerts.
What about cash vs UPI vs credit?
Log payments by type: cash, UPI, card and fleet card, kept as separate lines rather than one total. Credit sales go on each customer's account slip by slip and are counted into the day automatically. PumpDesk works out what the day should have taken, the litres your meters recorded at each fuel's rate for that date, compares it against what was collected, and flags a mismatch either way.
Who can see what?
When you sign up you become the owner of your own organisation — not an administrator over anyone else's. You then invite people and give each one a role. Operators enter readings, payments and dips. Managers do all of that plus close shifts and pull reports. Accountants work in payments, expenses and credit. Auditors read and export but change nothing. Roles are set per outlet, so the same person can be a manager at one and have no access to another.
Can I export for my accountant?
Anytime. Export daily, monthly, fuel-wise, staff or expense reports to Excel or PDF over whatever period you choose, see GSTR-1 and 3B figures for your lube sales, and download a TallyPrime import file of sales, receipts, expenses and purchases.
Close the day.
