The trial
Every account starts on a 14-day free trial. No payment details are collected to begin one, and the trial does not convert into a paid plan on its own. Nothing is charged because a period elapsed.
When the trial ends you either choose a plan or the account pauses until you do.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from the Billing page inside the app. There is nothing to email, no notice period and no retention call.
Cancellation stops future renewals. The plan continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account pauses.
Where renewal runs on a UPI Autopay or card mandate, cancelling in the app stops the subscription at the payment provider as well. If you also revoke the mandate in your own banking or UPI app, the next collection simply fails and the account moves into its grace period rather than renewing.
What happens to your data
A paused account is not a deleted account. Your outlets, readings, stock history, shifts, collections and reports all remain.
Export stays available throughout. Every report exports to Excel and PDF over any date range you choose, including while the account is paused — your own history is never held behind an active subscription.
If you want the account and its data permanently deleted, ask through Support or the contact page. Payment records we are required to retain for statutory purposes are kept for the period the law requires.
Refunds
Plans are billed monthly in advance, and a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period already paid for. Because you keep the service for the period you bought, a partial month is not normally refunded.
Refunds are given in full where:
- You were charged in error, or charged twice.
- You were charged after cancelling, for a period you did not use.
- A payment was taken but the plan was not activated on your account.
Beyond those cases, if something has genuinely gone wrong, raise it through Support. We would rather resolve it than argue about a month.
How a refund is issued
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We do not issue refunds by any other route, and we will never ask you for card details, an OTP or a UPI PIN to process one — nobody legitimate ever needs those to send money back to you.
How quickly it appears is up to your bank or UPI provider and is typically several working days.
Failed renewals
If a renewal fails, the account enters a grace period before it pauses, and the service continues during grace. You will see the state on the Billing page. Fixing the payment method or re-authorising the mandate within the grace period restores the plan with no gap.
Common questions
How do I cancel?
From the Billing page inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — there is nothing to email and no retention call.
Will I be charged when the free trial ends?
No. No payment details are collected to start a trial, and the trial does not convert itself. When it ends you either choose a plan or the account pauses.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
The account pauses; nothing is deleted. Your data remains and remains exportable to Excel and PDF over any date range, including while paused. If you later resubscribe, your history is still there.
Do you refund a partial month?
Plans are billed monthly in advance and a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period already paid for, so a partial month is not normally refunded — you keep the service you paid for. Billing errors and duplicate charges are refunded in full.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. The time to appear depends on your bank or UPI provider, and is typically several working days.
