Every plan runs the full day — readings, stock, shifts, payments, credit accounts, GST invoices, payroll, margin and reports are in all of them. One outlet, because that is what most of our dealers run. What changes is how many people you carry and whether you pay by the month or by the year.

Which limits are actually enforced

Stated plainly, because a plan comparison that lists twelve ticks and enforces three is a page that will disappoint someone during their first month.

Outlets, total people and managers are hard limits. They are checked on the server every time you create an outlet or send an invite, so hitting one is a refusal rather than a warning. Those three are the numbers to size your plan against.

Report history is the entitlement your subscription carries. It is what your plan grants and what appears on your Billing page. It is the same year on monthly and on yearly — paying up front buys a cheaper month and a larger team, not a longer archive.

Tally export is on every plan, trial included. It downloads a TallyPrime import file for any range up to 92 days: each day's sales at meter value, with collections by payment type, credit customers and any cash short or excess, plus credit collections, expenses, and a Purchase voucher for every tanker challan and lube receipt whose invoice amount you recorded, with a ledgers file to set up once.

Offline entry covers the four daily entries. Meter readings, payments, expenses and dips save on the phone when the signal drops and sync when it returns. Everything else needs a connection, and says so rather than failing quietly.

Automatic WhatsApp messages and API access are not available. Neither is sold on any plan. Sharing a statement or an invoice on WhatsApp from your own phone works today.

Everything, in every plan

No plan withholds part of the daily loop. A dealer on the trial reconciles exactly the way a group on Enterprise does. The top four rows are the only numbers that differ, and they are the only ones the server enforces.

Pricing questions

Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. Every account starts on a 14-day trial with one outlet and up to two people, and no payment details are collected. The trial does not convert itself — when it ends you either pick a plan or the account pauses.

What happens when the trial ends?

You pick Starter — monthly or yearly — or the account pauses until you do. Nothing is deleted. Your data remains exportable to Excel and PDF at any point, including while paused.

Is there a yearly discount?

Yes, ten percent. Starter is ₹799 a month, or ₹8,599 paid once a year, which is ₹989 kept against paying monthly and works out at about ₹717 a month. The yearly plan also carries eight people instead of four.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, from the Billing page inside the app. Moving to yearly takes effect immediately, so the larger roster is available as soon as the payment clears.

Which limits are actually enforced?

Is GST included in these prices?

Prices are shown exclusive of GST. Tax is applied where applicable at checkout.

How do I pay?

Payments are handled by Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, netbanking and UPI Autopay mandates for the renewal. Card details never touch PumpDesk.

What counts as an outlet?

One fuel retail site, with its own tanks, nozzles, staff and reports. Two pumps at the same address under one licence are one outlet; two sites are two, whether or not they share an owner.
